As part of our continued drive to improve customer experience, we’ve added a QR Code document storage solution to our Motion Tronic app. We know that if your electrical drawings or documents go missing, this can cause lengthy machine downtimes and make efficient fault finding difficult for your employees. With this new development, your document storage worries will be a thing of the past.
How does it work?
Simple and easy-to-use, all you need to do is:
- Download Motion Tronic app
- Go to QR Code scanner
- Scan the QR code on the electrical panel which we fitted for you
- And magic! … All your user manuals, plc program, drive settings, drive manuals and electrical drawings are available for immediate viewing on your mobile device or computer
Other advantages:
- Ability to store documents for repetitive faults and quick fixes
- Ability to log a fault from your phone to the server for future reference or maintenance management and supervision of times taken on the machine to rectify issues
- Ability to run reports per machine of breakdowns at that machine
How do you get it?
We are offering it FREE to customers who have purchased a project solution from us. This doesn’t mean you are obliged to use to repair your machinery – though, of course, we are more than happy to assist!
